The location was wonderful and the staff very kind once we were in the hotel. Lots of great places to eat nearby and close to Chrysler Hall which is where we were going. Everything in walking distance is something I like a lot.

Upon check in we were greeted with smiles and the process was effortless. Our room was on the 22nd floor and the view was amazing! We opted for the concierge level and truly enjoyed the "club" for appetizers and the breakfast was perfect. The heated pool could have been a bit warmer, but we were able to enjoy. The location to the "Battleship Wisconsin" as well as "Waterside" was definitely within walking distance from the hotel. Parking in the garage was in very close proximity and the charge was reasonable. The surrounding areas felt safe and the walking areas are very pleasant. Our stay was the later part of September and the temperature was perfect for walking and touring.

Absolutely loved our room and the view! Bed was very comfortable, spacious room, very quiet floor and modern décor. We were able to get an early check in and Caroline upgraded us to a deluxe room which instantly made us feel a vacation "vibe"!

The location was everything, The hallways were dated and there were many spots that needed repair. The staff in the breakfast area where clueless to the point that we left and ate elsewhere. The girl didn't know what a sausage biscuit was which was enough to make me run for my life.

When I say this property is beautiful! No exaggeration! It was busy with different events going on in different rooms. There were vendors downstairs near the lobby that you could buy natural soaps, oils, books, hats and more. It was in walking distance to some great restaurants. I also loved the fact that the parking garage is directly across the street and you didn’t have to go outside if you had to go back to your car. There is a indoor walkway that connects the hotel and the parking garage.
